A burn ban will be in effect March 16th until May14th and could be extended based on fire risk. Open burning is the single greatest cause of wildfires in NYS. To report a wildfire, call 1-833-NYS-RANGERS (1-833-697-7264) or contact a forest ranger in your area. When you plan a fire, always check for fire danger in your area on DEC's online map (updated every week). The Code Enforcement Officer will be away at school beginning Sunday, March 1st - Thursday, March 5th.

Town Hall will be closed for President's Day, Monday, February 16th and solid waste pick up will kick a day, North Shore, Tues., Feb. 17th South Shore, Wed., Feb. 18th.

The Town of Edinburg will never request payments via email links or wire transfers. All fees for planning and zoning boards must be paid at the Town Hall or via mail by check. Please check with the Town prior to paying any fees.
