Garbage pickup will change the week of November 24, 2025. It will be as follows: North Shore, Tues., Nov. 25 South Shore, Wed., Nov. 26 Recycling: There will be no recycling pickup this week.

Public Hearings will be held on Thursday November 20, 2025 starting at 6:00 PM for the fire contract with the Edinburg Volunteer Fire Department to be followed by a public hearing on the preliminary budget for 2026.

Thanksgiving Dates The Edinburg Town Hall will be closing at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 26th and will reopen on Monday, December 1st. The Recycle and Reuse Center will be closed on both Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th. The Highway Department will be closed beginning November 24th - 28th unless there is inclement weather.

Cemetery Cleanup All flags will be removed from the cemeteries in the Town of Edinburg on Wednesday, November 12th and the cemetery will be cleaned for the winter months. If you should have anything there that you would like to keep, please remove it before November 12th. (Weather Permitting)
